Franchise Update Media
At Franchise Update Media, I was responsible for both the brand design and production across a full range of print and event materials, including 100+ page magazines, conference guidebooks, banners, and VIP invitations. This wasn't just production work: I developed the visual identity and branding system for the Multi-Unit Franchising Conference, establishing the look, feel, color, and typography that carried through every touchpoint for 650+ attendees. Once the brand was defined, I owned the full production cycle end to end, layout, copy preparation, image sourcing, vendor coordination, and pre-press quality assurance to ensure every file was print-ready and brand-accurate before going to press. Working within tight deadlines and structured approval workflows, I coordinated directly with vendors and internal teams to hit production schedules without sacrificing quality or consistency. The result was a cohesive, polished event presence that reinforced Franchise Update Media's brand across every conference material from signage to the attendee guidebook.
