Design Approach
I focused on clarity, hierarchy, and approachability. The layout emphasizes strong visual structure, clear calls to action, and easy navigation. Typography and spacing were designed to feel modern and trustworthy, supporting Angie’s personal brand without feeling overly corporate.
The responsive design ensures a consistent experience across desktop and mobile, knowing many users would access the site from links on printed materials.
Content and Copy
All copy was written collaboratively with Angie to reflect her voice and experience. The messaging prioritizes clarity, warmth, and trust, helping potential clients quickly understand who she is, what she offers, and how to get in touch.
Visual content and imagery were selected and designed to support the narrative and reinforce credibility.
Technical Solution
The site was built using WordPress and Elementor to balance flexibility and ease of maintenance. Property listings were embedded directly from Intero’s platform, saving significant ongoing costs compared to paid listing integrations.
A mortgage calculator was added to provide immediate value to users and support decision-making for prospective buyers.
Outcome
The final website presents Angie with a polished, professional online presence that aligns with her offline marketing efforts. It supports lead generation, builds trust with new visitors, and provides useful tools without increasing operational expenses.
