Kika Tech
As the first American graphic designer at Kika Tech, a fast-growing international tech startup headquartered in China, I was brought in to shape the brand's visual identity for U.S. audiences and build the marketing design function from the ground up. Working closely with project managers, marketing leads, and sales teams in a high-pace, cross-cultural environment, I owned the full range of design work across digital, print, event, and partnership channels. Every asset I produced had to align with both Kika's brand guidelines and the expectations of major U.S. partners, from Hollywood studios to professional sports organizations. This required strong attention to detail, consistent brand execution, and the ability to adapt quickly across formats and tight deadlines.
